Villa with a private dock in Portofino

A composed waterfront villa where the garden ends at the water itself. The setting is Portofino at its calmest, away from the through-roads. Its 74-metre frontage on the Ligurian Sea is the headline: sand shore, entered from the lawn. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms occupy 580 m², most rooms holding a water aspect. Outside, 110 m² of terracing steps down toward the shore within grounds of 3200 m². Boats to 11 m lie alongside in 3.4000000000000004 m of water — arrival by sea is the intended entrance. Everyday boating support is at Portofino Marina, 0.6000000000000001 km from the property. The kind of Liguria & Portofino waterfront that changes hands quietly, and rarely.
